Buenas @mqelvira, para facilitar el tratamiento del pull-request, es necesario que el título y la descripción del mismo sean lo más completas posible. Por otra parte, las modificaciones deben ser generales, por lo que crear ficheros con la extensión de "ciudad real" no es lo más adecuado a la hora de incorporar los cambios a la base común. |

Necesario para la mejora_71, está el archivo global.css duplicado en SigemResgistroPresencialWeb y en ISicers-Descktop_web, o se quita este o el otro, se envían modificados ambos.
